Open Spoken AI is an artificial intelligence service that answers questions and generates content without censorship or bias. Businesses can use the platform to generate marketing copy, product descriptions, fiction and other content.
Open Spoken AI is a service operated by Limitless Tec LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13697254), with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
By purchasing a subscription to Open Spoken AI, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment. Payment for subscriptions is processed via our payment provider (Stripe) at the time of purchase or renewal, in accordance with the plan you select.
- Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required by law.
- Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Except where required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- Intellectual property. All intellectual property rights in the Open Spoken AI service itself remain vested in Limitless Tec LTD. Content you generate is licensed to you as described in our Terms of Service.
- Liability. Limitless Tec LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
- Termination. Either party may terminate the subscription agreement at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or by email.
